The Beach House

You could begin your day out east in the Hamptons.  The only sounds that might wake you up in the morning are the birds chirping. While having a cup of coffee out back on the deck, you might discuss with your housemates, your options for the day.  Do you want to rent a kayak from the Springs General Store and kayak over to the gorgeous Gerard Drive or do you want to just hang out by the pool?

The four bedroom/two full bathroom house has central air conditioning.  Two bedrooms and one bath are upstairs and the other two bedrooms and one bath are downstairs.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essential utensils needed for fun summertime entertaining. There is also a sunken den with a fireplace, which is a great gathering space to chat with friends or just be quiet and read. 

Pool
The deck outside has a gas grill and a beautiful teak wood table with an umbrella that can seat up to eight people.  On a hot summer day most people only care about keeping cool and you can do so by taking a dip in the pool.  You can float around or just lounge on one of the comfortable lounge chairs.  If you need a little exercise there are two bikes in the garage.
